Love this cookie because it is delicious by itself, with jam, with cream, but most of all I love this cookies with homemade marshmallows. Also do cookies a beautiful color.

Cooking
Beat the soft butter.
Add the powdered sugar, still whisking (I messed up and instead of the powder has added sugar).
Add the vanilla extract, continuing to beat until smooth.
To connect cocoa, starch and flour.
Connect with butter and flour with a mixer beat on low speed until smooth.
Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
The surface of the table sprinkle with flour, roll out the dough to 2 mm.
Bake at 190 deg. approximately 12 minutes.
Give the liver to cool completely before remove from the pan. Bon appetit!
