Fish in a fur coat
This is a dish I once tried at the restaurant and now it is firmly entrenched in our menu. Simple, quick and very tasty, and most importantly, my eleven year old daughter makes a fish virtually on their own.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    1000 g

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

  • Dutch cheese

    250 g

Cooking

Fish wash, to clean, to disassemble the fillet.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion cut into half rings.. all salt and fry in vegetable oil.

Fish season with salt and pepper, sprinkle the finished roast, spread with mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese and duhovochku.

15 to 20 minutes. the fish is ready. Bon appetit!
