Cooking
From half an orange to squeeze the juice manually, and grind the rest to a blender or RUB on a grater.
In a pan, saute the onions 2 minutes, add the crushed clove of garlic (to taste)
Pour in the orange juice and stew for 1 minute, then add the grated orange zest. Fry all together for a minute or two.
Add the cubed chicken. Stew under a lid for about 5 minutes, then stir the chicken, add spices, salt, and again the stew under the lid for 5 minutes. At the end add the mustard, you can also wine, mix well and then on the stove for a few minutes.
