Cooking
Take a piece of bacon and cut it into slices
Then shred the slices into small cubes
The result should be as in a black bowl
Mix the minced bacon and add onion and spices,stir. Salt a bit if bacon very salty,do NOT SALT
Take a piece of veal (if you have the slices, you respectively skip these steps) and cut into thin long slices
in thickness such that it(approximately 2-3mm)
If the slices turned out thick,nothing terrible,but then you need to discourage them
Take one slice and apply toppings (not too much)
Twist in the tube (sausage) and zamatyvaem thread or catch with a toothpick that has not collapsed
Something like this should happen
Take the chips, be sure to either soak in water or on the bottom of the smokehouse to put the snow
When you already have the coals and, of course, the fire, laid in a smokehouse (which is ordinary iron box with grid) our sausages....we decided fat pickle
Fat ready minutes after 12-20 and sausages 40-45. Here's what we got. You can eat hot or, if you want it as a cold starter, then when the juice will drain in the bag and in the freezer or refrigerator.
