Homemade sausages hot smoked
Tasty, juicy homemade sausages

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Veal

    600 g

  • Minced meat

    100 g

  • Fat

    100 g

  • Garlic

    5 g

  • Black pepper

    3 g

  • Dill

    3 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Take a piece of bacon and cut it into slices

Then shred the slices into small cubes

Mix the minced bacon and add onion and spices,stir. Salt a bit if bacon very salty,do NOT SALT

Take a piece of veal (if you have the slices, you respectively skip these steps) and cut into thin long slices

Fat ready minutes after 12-20 and sausages 40-45. Here's what we got. You can eat hot or, if you want it as a cold starter, then when the juice will drain in the bag and in the freezer or refrigerator.
