  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Orange zest

    0.5 tsp

Put boil the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the package. In a salad bowl put the pine nuts, pomegranate seeds. Orange thoroughly clean from the white veins and cut into medium cubes

Wash rice under cold water, drain off excess liquid and add to the salad. Grate the orange zest on a small grater, add ground black pepper and a pinch of salt.

Make salad dressing: mix olive oil, vinegar, juice of one tangerine and optional honey. Mix thoroughly, season with salad.
