Salad with quinoa Tricolor
Very simple, but at the same time zesty and bright salad. Recipe for fans of Mediterranean food by Julia Vysotskaya. Due to quinoa this dish can be quite self-sufficient dinner.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    100 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    125 g

  • Mozzarella

    125 g

  • Basil

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Take quinoa from "Mistral".

Fill with water in the ratio 1: 2, bring to a boil, diminish the fire and cook with the lid closed for 20 minutes.

Quinoa is ready put in a bowl and allow to cool.

Add to quinoa mozzarella balls mini and cherry tomatoes.

Make a dressing of salt, sugar, ground black pepper, rice vinegar and olive oil, pour salad, stir.

Sprinkle salad on top of leaves of green Basil, served. Bon appetit!
