  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Garlic

  • Mayonnaise

    6 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

Unpeeled eggplant bake in a hot oven for 40 minutes. Cooled it under running cold water, remove the skin and shred the cleaned blender. Add grated on a fine grater cheese, chopped garlic, chopped walnut (10 pieces), mayonnaise, salt and add a little greenery. All a pleasant appetite!
