Cooking
For a start, cleaned our fish from the scales, heads, tails, intestines.
Soak the carcass with a paper towel, salt, pepper, add the salad to the fish and leave for 20-30 minutes. Then dip them in flour while oil is heating up in the pan.
In a pan with hot vegetable oil spread our fish and fry on both sides until Golden brown.
Onions cut into rings. I wish I cut just one, were very tasty onions.

Fry the onion in oil, where roasted fish. I wanted faster, and I threw the onions together with the last fish.
Add in onion cream, black pepper, allspice, Bay leaf. Boil just 1-2 minutes.
Fill our fish with cream sauce, so the bow was on the fish, put in oven (180 degrees) for 15 minutes.
Take out from the oven, sprinkle with greens and serve you can serve with mashed potatoes or rice, but I love to just dip some bread in the sauce. Bon appetit!
PS I Have had such cream, but the heavier the cream, the richer creamy taste.
