A very good recipe for biscuits, sweet and crunchy. Suitable for evening tea and the kiddies in the afternoon.

Cooking
Ripe banana mash until smooth gruel.
To the mashed banana add the honey and sugar, heated the mixture in a water bath until then, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then add baking powder and when the mixture turns white and increases in volume, remove from water bath, let cool.
Chilled banana-honey mixture add the flour and vegetable oil, knead the dough.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut out desired shapes of figures or cut into diamonds with a knife. Baking sheet sprinkle with water, lay out biscuits. Top each cookie with a brush lubricated with water and gently sprinkle with sugar.
Bake cookies for 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees until Golden brown (don't overdo!!!).
