Orange mousse
Summer begins! Hot. Eat absolutely do not want. Open the fridge and see it is cold, refreshing and not cloyingly sweet! PS. I almost forgot - you can use any citrus.

Ingredients

  • Orange

  • Orange zest

    0.5 piece

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Citric acid

1. Zest 1/2 aplysina cut into small pieces, cover with sugar and pour 300ml. of boiling water. Put on fire and boil for 5 minutes.
