Three types of kebab in the test
This is the barbecue, which is perfect for a picnic and for the festive table. It is beautiful in its cold and hot. It can be cook on the BBQ, in the oven and even on the grill. It is possible for adults and children. The choice can prefer one of the types. It is simply delicious, but it is very tasty. Be sure to try. Now this kind of kebab will be present at every holiday table.

Ingredients

Our barbecue will be of three types: fish, mushrooms and chicken. Thus, guests can choose a favorite or to sample each. Believe me nobody will remain indifferent. Fish fillets can take any taste. Most importantly, do not very dry fish, it is best to take the fleshy species of fish. Well you can use any red fish. I have my favorite wonton. Slice into small cubes. Since fish is a bit watery, dry it with a paper towel. Put in a container.

For the marinade using Kikkoman soy sauce. It is perfect for fish, meat and mushrooms. Use it in the recipe for sure.

Add the lemon juice, vegetable oil, pepper and certainly garlic powder. Not fresh garlic, namely the powder. Of course you can use your favorite seasonings, but it is better nothing, only garlic powder and pepper. Stir.

The rest of the marinade, add to the mushrooms. Stir. Leave the fish, the chicken and the mushrooms to marinate for a maximum of 30 minutes. This will be enough, as fish, chicken and mushrooms we have is not large and it will be enough this time. If necessary, add salt.
