Corn-lemon cupcakes with frosting
Fragrant, airy cupcakes colour with a delicate citrus flavor. The best treats for the tea party not think, in fact, apart from an amazing flavor, they are cooked incredibly quickly.

Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

  • Mac

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    6 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder and sugar.

Mix milk, lemon juice and vegetable oil.

To dry ingredients add liquid, stir in the poppy seeds and lemon zest. (If the Mac You have a good quality and not bitter, just add it to the dough. Otherwise, the Mac should pour boiling water and infuse under cover for about 7 minutes. Then strain through a sieve.) The dough pour into molds, filling them not more than 2/3. Cook at 1000 W for 1 minute. Allow to cool.

To prepare the frosting. To do this, mix the lemon juice with the icing sugar. The cooled cupcakes to cover the top with frosting.
