Pie with nectarines
Share with you the recipe of a quick and delicious pie with a tender, slightly vlazhnovatoy test where perfectly blended juicy nectarines. This combination will not leave anyone indifferent!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Corn flour

    90 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

    0.125 tsp

  • Nectarine

    600 g

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

In soft butter sprinkle cane sugar ( I use the Universal TM Mistral) and beat until fluffy mass.

To enter alternately in the egg, whisking each time.

To combine 2 kinds of flour, add baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.

In beaten a lot of sugar, oil and eggs pour one part flour mixture. Mix well.

Add half of sour cream. Mix well. Then add the 2nd part of the flour and sour cream. Mix well.

Form (d=24 cm) lay a parchment, put half of the dough, flatten with a spatula. Nectarines wash, free from bones, cut into medium slices. Put half of the slices on the dough.

Close nectarines remaining batter.

Spread on the dough the 2nd half of the slices of nectarine. Sprinkle with brown sugar, I use Demerara TM Mistral. Cane sugar Demerara when baking will give a nice crispy sweet crust. Bake pie in preheated oven (t=180C) for about 50 minutes until dry toothpick.
