Borani
The recipe is popular both in Georgia and in Armenia. There is a small but significant difference in the end. So today I offer two versions of the same dishes. Depending on the version of what cuisine you want to try Armenian or Georgian.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Butter

    6 Tbsp

  • Green beans

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Spices

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

As I said, the Armenian and Georgian versions of dishes will differ in the last stage of cooking. Now prepare everything you need.

Chicken treat, wash and cut into pieces. I have little and few old chicken.

In a pan melt 3 table. tablespoons butter and fry the chicken until cooked. It will take about 15 minutes. After that, remove the chicken to a baking dish. Please note that all products are fried in butter. So delicious.

To add to the same pan a tablespoon of oil and saute until tender beans.

Extinguished? - spread to the chicken.

Now in the same pan in the remaining oil fry onion until transparent. However, the "fry" here is not quite the right word, rather "heated".

Spread the onion to the chicken and beans. Salt, pepper and stir.

In a bowl whisk the eggs.

And pour them on the chicken with vegetables.

We put our form in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and hold there for 10-15 minutes.

Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle it ready-made meal. That's all. The dish turns out juicy, tender and succulent. With a minimum of effort on your part. Delicious both hot and cold. Bon appetit to you and your family!
