Lavender flowers as a spice good in marinades, as a part of mixtures (e.g., herbes de Provence) and in sweet dishes – cookies, ice cream, beverages. The main thing - do not overdo it, otherwise the dish will be like a favorite lavender soap, stick to the proportions! Used fresh and dried flowers; if harvested fresh for yourself, it is best to collect them early in the morning, then in them the maximum amount of essential oils.
For the marinade grind in a processor lavender, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest along with the butter, lemon juice, honey and salt.
This mixture to lubricate the pork chops, cover with cling film and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
The meat turns out very tasty on the grill, but unfortunately, the weather does not allow; on the electric grill or in a frying pan would be equally tasty. Ensure that the meat does not overcook or it will become dry.
