... the party started we have a March 7... menu - hot beef with honey-blueberry sauce... French wine... and the culinary fantasy of a beloved husband on the side... For the contest "Spring in heart"...

Ingredients

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Cranberries

    3 Tbsp

  • Blueberries

    3 Tbsp

  • Dry red wine

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Lettuce

The flesh of beef gently wash and cut into stripes as goulash.

Finely chop the onion... again, take a look :-)

Pre-thawed cranberries mix with the onion.

Add to the cranberries and onion meat... salt, pepper... pour the wine... Mix... better hands... man hands! Meat marinade for about an hour.

Make the garnish. We had fried potatoes in the shape of a cube... geometry number again!

In a pan pour vegetable oil and spread the meat along with the marinade. Simmer until tender about 15-20 minutes. As needed sprinkle with salt and pepper. All a taste! It can be trusted already the woman...:-)

Cook the blueberry sauce until cooked meat. To do this crumple the pre-defrosted blueberries, add the honey, stir. To taste add spices... we added red peppers, Basil and ground ginger.
