Girls do not scold that there are similar recipes of this cake, don't mind and still my is a little different. Very delicate, airy, moderately sweet cupcake. The recipe in my possession for over 20 years. So decided to share.

Cooking
The eggs separate yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks.
Gradually add 3/4 Cup sugar (leave the sugar for the butter) and beat until white state.
In a separate bowl, beat the butter with the remaining sugar.

In flour, add vanilla sugar, the baking powder, ProSeal. In the egg-maslany mixture add the flour and beat.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until cool condition. Add to the dough.
Mix gently with circular movements from the bottom up. The dough should be like thick cream.
Chocolate melt in a water bath.
The dough is divided into two parts. White test to fill the form. I have silicone, not smeared. If you have another, should be lubricated with oil.
The other white part of the dough add chocolate and mix well.
Dark dough is spread out on white.
Locku down to the bottom of the form and turn the dough slightly.
Bake in a preheated oven to 180C for 40 min. to Cool in the form.
