Juicy mushrooms with sauce
This version of the recipe can be called "Pyatiminutka oops" mushrooms fried in a large cauldron no more than 5 minutes, and this casserole is prepared in just a few seconds of delicious sauce. Mushrooms are so delicious that eating them is derived from the mushroom juice, the sauce has a rich mushroom flavor and nice texture. Tried this recipe repeatedly: a hearty, quick and hungry husband who came unexpectedly from work, happy! The sauce we do not have, the husband of his vymachivayut some bread at the end of the meal.   • Mushrooms

    1 kg

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    150 ml

Mushrooms wash. And well dry. After washing I put the mushrooms in a towel and leave them for a few minutes.

Roasting mushrooms is I take a large cauldron. But if this is not available, you can take a large frying pan with high edges. Pour sunflower oil into the cauldron, good heat, really high heat.

Put the mushrooms, sprinkle with salt to taste.

And big high heat fry about 5 minutes, stirring regularly with a spatula. Do not be afraid that they are raw, this is enough time to cook. Mushrooms, probably one of all mushrooms that can be eaten raw! And as the saying goes - hot crude does not happen! )))

While fried mushrooms, prepared from the flour with the water, the flour is placed in a glass, pour cold water, stir with a fork to reduce any lumps.

For the soy sauce, pour the water with the flour and stir intensively with a whisk. Sauce "grabbed" for a few seconds, pour it in a large saucepan or bowl. If the sauce is too thick, add more water and stir. Serve mushrooms with sauce hot or warm. Cold they are also delicious, but of them implies a lot of mushroom juice, taste better when the juice is still hot or warm in the mouth. Help yourself, it's delicious!
