Salad of white beans and vegetables
White beans have a delicate flavor, goes well with vegetables that are rich in protein.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    5 piece

  • Olives

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper white

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

  • Arugula

    1 coup

Cooking

Soak beans for several hours or overnight. Then drain the water, pour fresh and cook as directed on package. At the end of cooking salt.

Dice onions, peppers yellow and red.

Olives cut into slices, and cherry in half.

Mix all ingredients, add the arugula. Add salt, season with pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
