    1 kg

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 g

Pork tenderloin (or any other part of pig flesh) to put into a small pan with a double bottom. It is important that the piece of meat should occupy the whole volume of the pot!!! Add peeled garlic cloves, chopped pieces of butter; salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle a mix of herbs (to your taste).

Cover the pot with a lid and put on medium heat... for an hour and a half... depending on the weight of the piece of meat. (at the rate of 1 kg - approx 1.5 hours)

From time to time do not forget (!) turn the meat so it is evenly cooked from all sides.

That's all! The finished meat let stand for 20-30 minutes and slice and serve! The remaining oil is poured into a jar and use for cooking other dishes.
