Very tasty and beautiful dish. Is now indispensable to my holiday table. The idea of the recipe have got a peek on the Internet on one culinary forum and changed it for themselves.

Mayonnaise

Herring is removed from the oil,a little dry from oil.Cut the length in half,fold rolls,stabbed with skewers or toothpicks.Spread on lettuce leaves.
Eggs boiled and finely chop.Green onions finely chop,mix with eggs,add mayonnaise.
The egg mixture to spread inside of rolls from herring,put 1 teaspoon of red caviar on each roll. Bon appetit!
