Cakes Ice
Unusual cakes. But very tasty and sweet. One inconvenience is the need to eat quickly, and then melt. But, in my opinion, kids do not need to adjust to burst of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Eggs

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Cocoa powder

    60 g

  • Nuts crushed

    30 g

  • Cookies

    1 pack

  • Rum

  • Peel

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

Nuts grind

Grate the zest from 1/2 lemon and 1/2 orange (original had 1 pack of candied fruit)

Soak raisins in hot water for 15-20 minutes.

Melt the margarine in a water bath

When the margarine has completely melted, add sugar

Add the raisins, zest, walnuts

Cocoa and eggs. Boil all together 15 minutes. Then remove from the water bath and, stirring constantly, cool.

Pour the slightly cooled mass

Cookies to soak in the rum (my rum wasn't, I threw the vodka with water 1:2 and added a little cinnamon for flavor)

Then transfer the cookies to a layer of mass. Then again pour the cocoa mass, and again to transfer the cookies.

And so to the end. The last layer is cookies.

Put in the refrigerator (the freezer) to thicken. Then pour the glaze and sprinkle with nuts.
