Peeled potatoes boil, when cool grind in a meat grinder 2 times. Beat the egg, add the flour, salt and knead well.
Boiled meat cut in a meat grinder. Finely chop the onion and fry it until Golden brown, add the meat (I add 3 ladle of the broth in which the meat is cooked, then the stuffing will be dry), salt and about 5 minutes to extinguish on small fire. Cool.

For the sauce you need to melt the butter.
