Grandpa's mustache
another yeast cake... this title will especially appeal to children... if I'm not mistaken, refers to Serbian , traditional baking.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Jam

Knead the dough in the bread machine :about 3 tbsp of flour,5 tablespoons of sugar,4 yolks,3 tbsp cream(I have 35 0/0),milk 200 ml,melted SL.180 grams butter,a pinch of salt,sachet of yeast. Here is the dough "fell out" on the table from the bucket x/n.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.

Each part roll out in an oblong pellet.

Lubricate any jam,marmalade,jam...

Twist the edges of the roller,leave the middle open for about 10 cm(can be smaller),the edges also bend,giving the shape of a boat.

To prepare protein cream:whip chilled whites(4 pieces) with a pinch of salt until stable peaks, continuing to whisk, add sah. sand( better sand to make powder ) in small portions .

For jam,marmalade to distribute the protein cream. Bake at T-180* until tender.
