Cooking
Frozen spinach spread on pan, drizzle with olive oil and soy sauce. Simmer, covered, until the spinach become soft.
To put the spinach in a blender and grind.
Roll out the puff pastry and spread grated spinach.
Cut the dough into rectangles, sprinkle with grated cheese and add 3-4 cancer of the cervix. Wrap the edges slightly inward.
Put in the oven for 10 minutes, wait until the dough rises. Pour on each puff on a quail egg and send in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
Puffs are ready to decorate with arugula and serve with tea.
