Cooking
Beat eggs with a mixer in a solid foam.
Add sugar and beat well with a mixer.
Add sour cream and continue to beat with mixer.
Pour in the margarine and continue to beat with mixer.
Add the flour, beat with a mixer.
Flour mixed with baking powder, add to mixture and continue to beat with mixer.
In the dough add cocoa powder and beat with a mixer.
The form to lay baking paper and brush with oil. (I have a form 24x24)
Form fill with dough. Bake in a preheated oven to 200C for 20 min.
Ready cake remove from the form and cool on a wire rack.
The cooled cake to grease with any cream and sprinkle with chocolate. I mixed the condensed milk with cream. Cut into portions cakes. If the cake cut across and use the cream, will the cake.
