Cream-cheese cupcake

Ingredients

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Cheese

    240 g

  • Sugar

    3 cup

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

Beat with a mixer softened butter and cream cheese. Add sugar (I reduced the amount of sugar as three cups seemed too much and the finished cake was moderately sweet).

Beat the sugar for 5 minutes until mixture becomes airy and fluffy. Enter the eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition.

Add vanilla, flour and salt. All beat up again.

The form of grease and sprinkle with flour (I used parchment). Put the mixture in the form and send in a preheated 190*C oven, bake for 60-75 minutes. Check readiness of a splinter. You can cover with foil to keep the crust not burnt.

The finished cake let cool in form for 10 minutes, then turn it out and let cool completely.
