We all love vegetables and meals made from them, is not only delicious, but also useful! Here's one recipe sandwich, favorite my children!

Cooking
Zucchini cut into rings (medium thickness), sprinkle with a little salt and allow to stand for 10 minutes, then transfer to a colander to drain juice.
Then fry in oil until Golden brown. When frying they will mariwasa and in the middle can be formed empty space, it is nothing.
Tomatoes also cut into rings (the number of circles of tomato and zucchini must be the same). Also sprinkle with a little salt.
Sour cream or mayonnaise, chopped garlic and finely chopped herbs and mix well.
Bread cut into a suitable size for our zucchini, spread with our garlic salad and put zucchini, tomato and decorate the top at your discretion. Bon appetit!!!
