Juicy roast chicken in Chinese
My husband does not like rice! But in this performance, eats for both cheeks :) This dish is very tasty, rich, spicy and cooking does not take much time.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Sweet pepper

    2 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Broth

    0.5 cup

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Scrape the carrots, cut into strips (I used the Korean grater).

Peppers remove seeds, sweet cut into strips, dark rings.

Tomatoes and mushrooms (this time without mushrooms) finely chopped

Chicken fillet cut into long strips, season with salt.

Wash rice, boil until soft.

Heat a wide pan with olive oil, put chicken and fry until Golden brown. Transfer to a plate.

On the same pan, place cooked rice.

In the pic: peppers, mushrooms (optional), carrots, tomatoes.

And on top of chicken. Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Pour the hot chicken broth, salt, stir, cover and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Season the dish with soy sauce, mix well. Remove from heat and allow to soak for 5-10 minutes. Bon appetit!
