Almojabana
Almojabana (ALMOIXAVENA or MOIXAVENA) - a sweet cake made from choux pastry. On the Internet I read that the roots of this baking go to the Arab city Xаtiva, where such cakes are baked on Thursdays. Simple to prepare, does not require additional decoration and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Flour
