Julienne of chicken
Choice for a tasty, quick, no mushrooms. Because the mushrooms in my family don't eat - I was born this simplified version of Julien, without mushrooms. Elementary, but maybe it can be useful for beginners to Housewives...

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    0.5 kg

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Milk

    250 g

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Dill

  • Butter

Cooking

Finely chop the chicken, put in a pan with maaalenky butter

Sauté 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Below the chicken was almost ready

In milk to dissolve the flour, add salt, pepper, a little dill (I was not a fresh - added dried)

The resulting sauce pour our chicken and allow to simmer for a few minutes

Spread on cocotte, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Put in a pre-heated oven (about 180 degrees) for 10 minutes. And voila! Our Julien is ready!
