A very simple dish, nevertheless a great snack. The stuffing can be quite varied. I think that this appetizer in a variety of options familiar to many.

Lettuce wash, shake from drops, let them dry out. Grate cheese on a fine grater, add pressed garlic, stir, season with mayonnaise and pepper.
On lettuce put the stuffing and fold rolls.
Fasten rolls with toothpicks and arrange on platter down toothpicks. Decorate with olives.
