Yesterday I came across a wonderful pear, today there are only four, and I decided to put them in a pie. This cake we all loved it, especially me, since I love moist cakes, here it is achieved through a large number of pears. Definitely a cake I'll bake, and not just in post!

Cooking
In a pan pour one Cup of sugar, pour a glass of water, half Cup vegetable oil and 2 tablespoons of honey. Put on fire and heat until the sugar is dissolved and honey.
Remove the pan from the heat, sift in it 2 cups wheat flour, add a half Cup of oatmeal, add salt, cinnamon, baking powder, oat flour and lemon zest. Stir well and if necessary add more flour (wheat or oat). The consistency of the dough should be like thick cream.
Pears (they must be ripe) wash and cut into cubes. Drizzle with 1 tsp of lemon juice.
To combine the pears with the dough.
Pour the batter into a greased form (I have 28 cm), sprinkle with oatmeal and bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes until dry kindling.
