Description
If you do not know than to treat your beloved and yourself for the weekend, then you here! My long experiments with chocolate muffins led me to this recipe, and it is perhaps the best. Soft, slightly moist, airy dough under a hard crust. Coffee, chocolate and light cherry sourness... Another big plus, which is important to me and fans baking in paper capsules - muffins atlasusa from paper almost without a trace! They are prepared quickly and easily, so don't require any special culinary skills. In a word, perfect muffins! Treat your loved ones because they deserve the best!

Cooking
1. Let's start with cherries. We'll wash it and lightly dry. Now we need to melt 30g chocolate in a water bath, add cream and butter, mix well. Dip berries into chocolate mixture and spread on a baking paper. Supposed to be cherry in a chocolate shell. Put into the fridge or the freezer. Basically, if you don't want to work too hard, you can skip this step, but in the end just to put the cherry along with a piece of chocolate in the muffin. But I like the aesthetic side of the process and the fact that the cherries due to the shell is a protection test in the cooking process.
2. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. Spread paper capsule forms.
3. Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa into a bowl. Stir.
4. Now we have to boil strong coffee (I took a double dose of coffee in the coffee maker), melt margarin in the microwave. Mix the eggs in a separate bowl with the sugar.
5. To egg mixture pour in the slightly cooled margarine and coffee. Add the yogurt and stir.
6. Now pour the liquid mixture into the dry. Gently stir until the flour absorbs all the moisture. The mixture should be heterogeneous. Do not try to get rid of the lumps! :)
7. Get the cherries out of the freezer. Spread the dough over the cups, 1 spoon, to close the bottom. Spread the cherry. Cover with the remaining batter. Important point: cherry will rise during cooking and break through the muffin, so if you want the caps left whole, drown the cherry, as far as possible. 8. Sent muffins in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
9. After a time switch off the oven, allow the muffins to stand for 5 minutes and take out from the oven. Still a little cool and get out of shape. 10. Melt the remaining white chocolate (I put in the package and warmed in the microwave) and paint the melted chocolate warm but not hot muffins. Hearts, flowers, stripes, stars - whatever you want! 11. Pour coffee and invite your favorite to the table! Bon appetit! *IN LOVE*
