Cooking
To prepare the dough. Oil grate.
Add the flour, grated on a fine grater cheese, paprika and water. Knead the dough. The dough roll into a ball and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Form grease with oil. In the form put the dough and make the bumpers.
To prepare the filling. Separate the yolks from the whites. To the yolks add the cheese, sour cream, salt and finely chopped dill, all of this whipping. Separately vzbit proteins. Carefully enter the beaten egg whites into the cheese mass. On the dough spread the filling and levelling.
Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for about 40 minutes.
Pie to cool. Bon appetit!!!
