Pancakes
Though Mardi Gras is already gone, but I think pancakes are loved in every home and in every day. These pancakes turn out fluffy and delicious, though they are not as fast as usual. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2010 by Siren user called "fancy Pancakes," and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Millet

    200 g

  • Milk

    2.5 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

On the advice of Larissa (Stall) millet, not to bitter, the night I got killed. In the morning drain off the water and boil the porridge, add 0,5 stack. milk and turn the blender still warm porridge.

In COLD milk (125 ml) add 4 tbsp of flour (mix), 1 tbsp. l. sliv. oil, put on fire, make a thick batter. Add 1 tbsp of yeast, diluted in water, let the dough rise.

Add to mashed cereal 1.5 cups flour, yolks (rubbed with sugar), salt and pour 1 Cup of warm milk. To connect with the dough, stir and leave to come up.

Before baking, the batter add whipped into foam proteins and vegetable oil. Bake in a hot pan.
