Then remove from the water bath, add flour and knead the dough (should be soft)

Divide into several parts (I turned 26 today, so I baked 2 cakes), roll out the cake thickness of 2-3mm and transfer to pre-greased with margarine and floured baking sheet using the rolling pin (margarine grease the pan only once and then only protrusive flour)

Cakes pinned with a fork and bake in very hot oven (about 3 minutes) until Golden brown

Prepare the cream. The sour cream with sugar, beat until until the sugar has dissolved, do not use mixer!!! The cream will only liquid, better - spoon manually, it is not a long process

Each cake bilanco oil cream (do not regret, cream enough))) and top with canned cherry pitted

Now we have to decorate. For this we use trimming the baked dough, chopped using the same rolling pin, resulting crumbs add ground and calcined in a pan walnuts and sprinkle with crumbs first, sides and then the top of our cake. One tip - do not add the nut cream!!! Only crumbs! When the nut will fall into the cream, the taste will only get worse. Decorate to your taste.
