Ingredients

  • Bread crumbs

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Sauce

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Peeled potatoes boil, when cool grind in a meat grinder 2 times. Beat the egg, add the flour, salt and knead well.
