Though she don't eat meat, but the family are all meat eaters. When money is tight, prepare here's the Brawn. Everybody is happy!
Cooking
The head cook for 5 hours. An hour before the end add the spices: black pepper peas, ground bare, Bay leaf and carrots. After 5 hours separate the flesh from the bones, finely chop. For beauty you can add parsley, carrots (which were cooked with meat). Press out the garlic to taste. Mix everything, put in cheesecloth, tie and put under a press (in a bowl put the meat in the cheesecloth, on top of another bowl and a bucket of water) at night. In the morning you can eat. This number is obtained one kg of Brawn ready. Bon appetit!
