Stuffed cauliflower
When there is no time to cook separately, cutlets separately for garnish)

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    1 plug

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Onion

    30 g

  • Tomato

    50 g

  • Mayonnaise

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

Cooking

Fresh cauliflower "to decimate" (to cut a few flowers) and boil it in salted water.

While the cabbage is cooking, prepare the stuffing. Mix the meat with chopped onion and tomato, season with salt.

Then mix mayonnaise (or sour cream) with crushed garlic.

Boiled cabbage stuff, as tightly as possible putting the stuffing between the buds

Coat it with mayonnaise with garlic, sprinkle the top with breadcrumbs, and put in the oven (200 degrees, 20 minutes)

Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated cheese, put back in for another 10 minutes.

Put on plate, cut like cake, and enjoy the wonderful taste)
