Salad with beef in the East
Tender beef and crisp vegetables - a wonderful salad for a wonderful holiday and equally beautiful people!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    10 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Sesame

    3 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Beef rinse well, cover with water, add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and cook until tender.

Carrots grate on a grater for Korean carrot

Bulgarian pepper cut into strips

Onion half-rings

Boiled and cooled beef cut in large slices

Onion sent in a pan with hot vegetable oil

When the onions are slightly browned, add sesame seeds and fry some more

While fried onions, collect in a bowl the carrot, bell pepper and meat

Squeezing through the press garlic, add soy sauce and red chili pepper. I have sweet soy sauce, if you use conventional, then add 0.5 tsp of sugar

Onion is ready, add it to the salad

Mix thoroughly and put into the fridge to infuse, at least 30 minutes
