Baked appetizer balls
And again, I'm a quick appetizer for a spontaneous bachelorette party or just an unexpected guest while is the main table.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sausage

    400 g

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    250 g

  • Spices

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

Hard cheese from TM "belebeyevskaya" grate on a coarse grater. I used cheese "Merchant", it is perfectly melted and not too salty. These two qualities are very important in this recipe.

Also grate on a coarse grater sausage. Advise to take dry smoked sausage. You can certainly boiled, but it is to allocate a lot of fat, which doesn't affect the taste. Thawed puff pastry to probility flour and cut into small squares ( 1 cm x 1 cm ). Slicing is very convenient to use a pizza cutter.

Mix well and form balls with your hands strongly gripping. They must be the size of a Golf ball. Spread out on a baking tray with baking paper greased with butter.

Bake at t= 180 for about 20-25 mins until Golden brown. Let cool slightly and serve with a glass of dry wine.
