The cake
When the street is set to hot weather, sometimes comes the nostalgia for the sparkling snow. So I decided to prepare this easy cake recipe which is dug up in ancient knizhentsii. Cake without baking of biscuits soaked in boiled cream. Simple and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Chocolate milk

    60 g

  • Gelatin

    7 g

  • Cookies

    300 g

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Strawberry

    100 g

Cooking

Grind whisk the egg yolks and eggs with sugar, add the milk.

Soak the gelatin to swell in cold water.

Mix cream put on the fire to boil, constantly stirring Off the heat, add chocolate, stir until chocolate is completely dissolved. Leave to cool.

In a water bath to dissolve the gelatin and add to the cooling cream.

Break into small pieces biscuits.

Add frozen strawberries.

Practically pour the cooled cream into the mixture biscuits and strawberries. Stir gently with a spoon. In a bowl with a round bottom (I have a transparent bowl) and lined with foil, spread the prepared mixture. Close top film and put in cold to freezing.

For the cream boil the syrup with sugar and water. Vzbit in a solid foam proteins and infuse it with the hot syrup in a thin stream, still whisking the mixture.

Get the chilled cake. Put the cake on a dish, overturning it.

The cooled protein cream to put on top of cake, smoothing. I.e. creating the effect of snow drifts. Sprinkle with grated chocolate or decorate at its discretion. A pleasant tea.
