Cooking
It's very simple. First cut plugs cabbage lengthwise into 4 pieces. And parse the cabbage leaves.
Boil cabbage leaves until soft, I added water, a little seasoning salt.
While the cabbage is cooking, chop a small clove of garlic, add to it the milk, egg,
spices, pepper. The resulting mixture I whipped it with a mixer.
When the cabbage has aterials, it must be dried on a towel and fry in a pan, each piece alternately dipping in egg and obvalivaya in flour (I repeated several times). Here's a tasty cabbage turns.
My "baby" gulped though that, although the cabbage on the table is often accompanied by a sour grimace and a cry of "beeee".
