Potato gratin
Slightly spicy, tender potatoes. Another variation on the theme of "Potato casserole".

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Dill

  • Cheese

    150 g

Cut the potatoes in a separate bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grind the garlic, chop onion, dill. In a baking dish spread half of the potatoes, spread on top pieces of butter (use all butter), sprinkle with half the mass of garlic, onions and fennel.

On top lay the remaining potatoes, onions, garlic and dill. Pour all the cream and put in preheated oven for 5-7 minutes.

After 5-7 minutes remove the form and sprinkle the potatoes with grated cheese. Put in oven for 5 minutes to brown the cheese.
