Description
Before my daughter (at age 4, she is now 7 ) didn't love the burgers (not at all: neither fish nor meat), had to go to the trick and tell her that the nest eggs hiding in the little birds. The birds we found (told her that they did not wait for us and left because she long cakes eat), but the meatballs were eating with pleasure.

Cooking
Scroll through the meat with onions and garlic, add spices, salt, egg, fermented baked milk..it chops gently (pour "by eye")
Boiled eggs cut lengthwise into 2 halves, gently shake out the yolk, mix it with grated on a fine grater cheese and garlic, add a little mayonnaise. Stuff the egg-cheese mixture, half the eggs and pressed into cakes a little deeper. The bottom of the cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs (no crackers I replace them grind in a coffee grinder corn grits). Fry on slow fire (or little temperature - for electric stoves) without turning. And don't be afraid that the inside is cooked through. On a slow fire, and the bottom will not burn and the inside steamed.
These are the nests. The top is sprinkled with egg yolk.
