Vegetable salads are not only delicious, but also incredibly useful. If you watch your figure, but you love to treat yourself with something delicious, this salad is for you, so it is very filling and can replace a side dish. Variants of this salad very much, I want to share with you one of them.

Ingredients

Both types of cabbage chopped. Add a pinch of salt.

Apples and carrots grate on a coarse grater. Celery finely chop. Onion cut into half rings. All vegetables add to shredded cabbage. Raisins previously soaked in warm water, dry, cut in half and add to salad.

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, horseradish, lemon juice, salt, sugar, ground black pepper, Khmeli-suneli. In a blender grind the nuts, add water, mix well. Garlic RUB on a medium grater. In the bowl of a blender to the nuts add the garlic, mix with olive oil and spices, stir, add vinegar and stir again. Add dressing to the salad, carefully mix.
