For the salad you need: sweet pepper, cucumber, tomato, olives, avocado, dill, leaf lettuce, vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, red onion.
Lettuce tear hands, the presence of a knife is no good.
Cut the vegetables at their discretion, sticks, petals, plates. Avocado sprinkle with lemon juice, not to dark!
We won't put all the vegetables in a salad bowl, and once, randomly, in any order, lay them on a big beautiful dish, which will serve the salad. In other words - bring on the plate is an artistic mess.
Prepare the dressing: mix lemon juice, vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, sugar to taste.
Pour our beautiful zapravochniy!
On top of the salad lay out olives, crackers decorate - purely for aesthetic taste. Optionally, the top can RUB cheese.
