Description
This is not a typo. This Cheese Chocolate. Chocolate base, with tender curd cream, and with a few bonuses in the form of nuts in the dough and the strawberries for decoration. With a Cup of strong coffee is just delicious!!!

Cooking
Chocolate to break into pieces. Add soft butter (150g.).
Melt in a water bath or just on a slow fire, stirring constantly.
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt with a mixer. To increase the mass in the volume doubled.
Add sugar. Whisk until the weight increase in volume. Ideally, sugar should be added gradually, but my favorite little distracted and I poured all of it. just longer churned.

Enter the chocolate with the butter. Mix well with a mixer.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Coat the baking pan with baking paper that is greased with butter.
Distribute evenly on the baking sheet.
Put in oven and bake until dry sticks. It took me 30 minutes.
Let cool, cut into squares. The size of any which one You like best. I like a small, two bite.
So many of them turned out. In principle, we could stop, getting a wonderful tender cookies. But cream is much tastier. So let's move on.
For cream, soft cheese (and I have it was very soft. If you use conventional, then you need it or pass through a sieve or grind in a blender. But better to use full-fat cottage cheese), add the butter (softened. The remaining 100 gr.) and condensed milk.
Add the remaining vanilla sugar.
Good beat (at high speed). It turns out delicate, light cream.
Cut the strawberries, sprinkle with sugar (2st. spoons) and cook on a medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. If You use fresh strawberries, not cook it in any case. Agree, it's sacrilege to cook fresh strawberries ;-)
Collect cakes and it is very easy. On a piece basis, put a little cream and decorate with strawberries. You're done! Chilled cakes even tastier. A nice, coffee - and tea!!!
