Cooking

step-0
test mix the butter, sugar, vanilla, salt and egg yolks into a homogeneous mass, add the flour and knead the dough (you can use ready-made shortcrust pastry or shortbread dough according to your favorite recipe). Roll out the dough(rolled poorly, we can say molded layer) to layer 4-5 mm and cut biscuits ( I have mugs 4.5 cm in diameter). Spread on a baking tray lined with paper, you can more tightly to each other, because the cookies slightly increases in size. Now prepare the filling: marzipan grind, mix with proteins and stir until smooth (I stirred with a blender). Add 2-3 tbsp of coconut and stir (if it's too thick mass, add a couple tablespoons of water). Marzipan mass we shift into a pastry bag with nozzle "star" and make a ruffle all the cookies (I have this mass had exactly 20 pieces, and the test lasted for 23 cookies).
step-1
The middle, fill with jam or jam (I got raspberry), but not too much, can emerge.
step-2
Bake in preheated oven at 200 gr. 25-30 minutes, until browned.
